Listening to pupils is crucial if we’re going to provide financial education that is relevant and meets their needs. We need to find out what they’re interested in and concerned about, and act on this so that we can create learning opportunities relevant to pupils’ lives. It’s good to take a step back occasionally and gather children’s views in a structured way, as well as taking day-to-day feedback into account.
