Young Enterprise, Money Heroes Programme Prize Draw
Young Enterprise is organising a free Prize Draw to give parents or carers the chance to win one of five bundles of our Money Heroes books and our ‘Ed & Bunny Go Shopping’ Orchard Toys board game.
Money Heroes is an award-winning free programme from Young Enterprise, supported by HSBC UK, seeking to transform financial education for primary school children or those at a learning age of 3-11.
Parents or carers may enter the Prize Draw once by signing up for free at www.moneyheroes.org.uk/signup and registering for a free “parent” Money Heroes account to gain access to our Money Heroes activities and resources.

The Prize Draw is subject to the terms and conditions below:
- The Prize Draw will commence on 13/05/24 and will continue until 17/06/24.
- Entrants (parents or careers) will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw when they sign up for a free “parent” Money Heroes account between 0900 on 13/05/24 and 1700 on 17/06/24 inclusive and when they tick that they have read and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Anyone signing up for a free “parent” Money Heroes account after this time will not be entered into this Prize Draw.
- The prize will be five bundles of Money Heroes books (five books) and our ‘Ed & Bunny Go Shopping’ Orchard Toys board game. Each winner will receive one bundle.
- Only one entry into the Prize Draw is permitted per person.
- Entry is free of charge, and no purchase is necessary. There is no charge to register for a free “parent” Money Heroes account to gain access to our Money Heroes activities and resources.
- To be eligible for the Prize Draw, entrants must:
• Sign up for a free “parent” Money Heroes account • be a resident in the United Kingdom; • be 18 or over; and • not be an employee of Young Enterprise or HSBC UK. 7. Young Enterprise reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone if there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions. 8. The Prize Draw will take place on 19/06/24. 9. Five Prize Draw winners will be selected at random from all entries received. The Prize Draw will be performed by a random computer process administered by Young Enterprise and under the supervision of an independent member of the Young Enterprise staff team. 10. Winners of the prize will be informed by email, using the email address provided for the account registration, within seven days of the Prize Draw. If any winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts have been made, Young Enterprise reserves the right to select another winner. 11. Winners have 28 days to respond and confirm their prize acceptance. If no response is received, Young Enterprise will select a replacement winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have 28 days to respond to their notification). 12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 13. Young Enterprise shall use and take care of any personal data you supply to it as described in its Privacy Policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants acknowledge that their personal data will be used to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry, for the purpose outlined in paragraph 14 below and for the purposes outlined in the Young Enterprise Privacy Policy in connection with your Money Heroes account. 14. The surname and county of the winners can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Young Enterprise, The Corum Campus, 41 Brunswick Square, London, WC1N 1AZ. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, please email us at moneyheroes@y-m.org.uk prior to the closing date of the Prize Draw. You may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this promotion if you are selected as a winner. 15. Insofar as is permitted by law, Young Enterprise accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by entrants as a result of entering this Prize Draw or accepting the prize, except where this is caused by the negligence or fraud of Young Enterprise. 16. If, for any reason, any aspect of this Prize Draw cannot be run as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of Young Enterprise which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Prize Draw, Young Enterprise may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Draw or invalidate any affected entries, where required. 17. Young Enterprise reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so. 18. The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions, although if you are resident elsewhere, you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country. All disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live. 19.
